carvingPods in a Pea
2
Design #ppw5bl
$125
Gerry has been experimenting for awhile with bones with gems. This design was originally created for the Common Ground Fair, which is a major event here in Central Maine.

The peas in this pod are five beads of denim lapis. And, yes, the name really is 'Pods in a Pea" not the inverse, because Gerry was one of three brothers and that is how his father referred to them.

It may seem odd that the 'peas' are blue instead of green but the blue and white combination is really striking.

We have one copy of this available at this time. Also the gold screw eye and spring ring system means that if you wanted to, this carving could easily be put on a gold chain.
